Our founders, Stephen Whitton and his wife Sheena (hence S&SW), have collectively spent many years in various roles involving the delivery of exceptional customer service.

So, now as discerning customers themselves, they lead a team of some of the liveliest and most engaging Trainers and Facilitators / Coaches, in order to bring you stunning training programmes that will leave you and your teams inspired, engaged and motivated to make changes that make a difference – to the customer experience, to the sales results, to the business, to you and the team AND to your bottom line!
