As a dedicated family man, Stephen is determined to help businesses to grow and realise their potential by uncovering the real values "below the surface".
For many years training has taken a traditional approach and put sticking plasters over the cracks caused by poor recruitment and ill-equiped management.
This traditional training has worked on the tip of the iceberg and focussed on "techniques" and "approaches".
Stephen fervently believes that we should focus on the large portion of the iceberg that's below the surface - in other words, the "character ethic". Evaluating our values, beliefs and our own paradigms to establish our standards, behaviours and attitudes will see us develop ourselves and our businesses for sustainable growth into the ever changing future. It is critical to match our approach to that of our customers, if we want to survive - but this takes immense skill, which has to be developed and polished.
"The Leaders of the future, will exercise significant empathy, emotional intelligence and not just talk about leading by example, but will do it!"
